3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines vary between 3–7 business days depending on the location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or natural calamities.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect products, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

The returned product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all original tags attached.

No return or exchange is available for customized, used, or broken products after delivery.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a minimum of 15 business days after quality check.

Store in a dry box or pouch to maintain shine and avoid tarnishing.
